The conference will present double blind-reviewed papers (abstracts and full papers), published in a proceedings. There will be two major streams of presentation:- Refereed research papers. These will be full academic peer-reviewed research papers- Refereed application papers. These will be papers submitted by the professional community, which will be peer reviewed by other professionals.
