Presentation formats
Two presentation formats will be used for BS 2013. The Scientific Committee has selected the presentation format for each accepted paper. When you view your submissions, you will see one of the following decisions from the Scientific Committee:
The two presentation formats are described as follows:
Authors should follow the poster template and must print their posters themselves. Authors will be asked to install their posters on Monday, August 26th, and to remove them at the end of the conference. It is recommended that a protective plastic coating be applied to posters.
Two presentation formats will be used for BS 2013. The Scientific Committee has selected the presentation format for each accepted paper. When you view your submissions, you will see one of the following decisions from the Scientific Committee:
- The contribution has been accepted for oral presentation
- The contribution has been accepted for short oral presentation and poster
The two presentation formats are described as follows:
- Oral-only presentation : 12 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes for questions
- Short oral presentation and poster : 2 minutes for the oral presentation to introduce the poster (3 slides maximum: 1 title slide + 2 slides maximum) followed by a poster session where authors and delegates can directly interact. Following are different available formats:
